	Vernon Lloyd – Author ITIL v2 and v3
	Vernon has been in the IT service industry for over 35 years performing a variety of operational and management roles with many organizations, world-wide. He has worked for Fox IT for 15 years and is currently International Client Director. Vernon has delivered consultancy and training to numerous organizations in the public and private sectors and he is recognized globally as an authority within the Service Management industry. Vernon is a lead author for many of the ITIL books including Service Delivery, Service Support and Planning to Implement Service Management. Vernon is also a lead author on the ITIL version 3 Service Design. Vernon sits on the strategic advisory board of the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB), is President elect of the Institute of IT Service Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of IT Service Management. His contribution to Service Management was recognized by the itSMF, when they presented him with the prestigious “Paul Rappaport” lifetime achievement award.

	John Griffiths – itSMF 2007 Trainer of the Year
	Employed by Fox IT as Client Manager, responsible for client engagements, providing IT Service Management consultancy to a wide range of customers across all market sectors. Key areas of expertise cover all areas of ITIL v3 with a particular emphasis on: Service Desk Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Service Level Management and Change Management.

	Dr. Suzanne D. Van Hove, FISM, ITIL v3 Expert
	Dr. Van Hove is an EXIN accredited v2 and v3 IT Service Management tutor with over 25 years experience. She has provided standard and customer-specific education, process maturity assessments (based on v2/v3 ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT), and process design and implementation workshops both nationally and internationally.In 2005, Dr. Van Hove was added to the Exam Review Board for EXIN and is an active member of the ITIL Expert Group. Suzanne has successfully blended an award-winning career in higher education with a passion for IT Service Management. She understands the dynamics of how people learn and the best vehicles for content retention.

	Kurt McWhirter, ITIL v3 Expert
	Kurt is known for his ability to bridge the divergent needs and expectations of business executives and IT leadership. Through collaborative design, he creates a process culture that moves the traditional relationship alignment to a true Business/IT integration.His practice includes ITSM process development, development of global data centers and the subsequent migration of data from varied locations and platforms.
